What you’ll be doing

At Simplii Financial, we provide personalized, simple, yet flexible digital experiences for our clients, and accelerate revenue growth for OUR bank. Our client-centered approach builds relationships and improves sales and service through our digital and contact centre channels.

As a Client Experience Analyst Co-op, you will be the prime advocate for Simplii Financial clients and prospects so they can have simple, clear and valuable client experiences under a new brand strategy and in a new remote business model. While there are several metrics that will define success, Net Promoter Score (NPS) will be your focus! You will gather, analyze, interpret, and document details and statistical data on Simplii clients through NPS and client review surveys and deliver presentations and recommendations to increase revenue, decrease costs and support improvements to the client experience and business initiatives.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Important information

You are enrolled in a degree in Business/Commerce, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics), or a related field at the time of the work term with an expected graduation of December 2024 or later.

How you’ll succeed

Research Analysis – Source relevant information and use the information to perform detailed analysis (e.g., financial, statistical, productivity) for business improvements: Increase Revenue, Cost reduction or Cost Avoidance. Identify possible constraints or issues that may impact projects or account procedures through client journey mapping. Liaise with internal and external sources, colleagues, and others to obtain, provide, verify and discuss information and best practices

Collaboration – Liaise with functional groups across CIBC to negotiate and influence business partners to ensure alignment of initiatives / solutions and individual deliverables across dependent client experience initiatives.

Communication – Work to support our teams and partners understand how our words shape the client and employee experience. Your writing skills include precise articulation of ideas and opinions that support the development of business proposals and presentations.

Deliver with Speed – Understand and support agile, innovation and change, making sure we’re delivering on time, within scope and budget, and are future-proofed. Manage multiple priorities at the same time and iterate effectively.
