I am a seller, do you cut taxes?

We do not cut taxes. You are a self employed or an independent contractor therefore you must pay your taxes. You can contact CRA for information on how to pay taxes as a self employed or independent contractor.

Seller – Can I collect payment from a customer directly?

Sellers should not collect or accept payments from customers directly but only through Elizonyx platform in order to avoid disputes. If we find out that seller collected payment from the customer directly, seller will be banned from using Elizonyx system and all its services. Seller is liable for any disputes from the customer and not Elizonyx.

Buyer – Can I make payment directly to a seller?

Buyers should only make payment through Elizonyx platform and not directly to seller. This is to protect buyers and any arising disputes between the buyer and the seller.

What if I have difficulties downloading my pdf document after making payment?

You can contact us and we will investigate it and we will send you a copy of the document.

How long do I have to dispute a transaction

You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to dispute any transaction because our products are digital and it is instant download once payment has been made and confirmed.

Can I be a buyer and also a seller?

You need a PayPal account to be able to receive payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can click the link below to set up one and use it in your seller’s dashboard under settings and enter it in the payment method section.

The minimum amount to request payment is $20

Payout is done on the 15th of every month

What percentage of payment do I receive?

The company pays you 75% and 25% goes to the company to maintain all expenses like advertisement, system maintenance and other expenses incurred by the company that enable you to continue earning passive income on the website.
