Eligibility criteria

Preference will be given to students who identify as part of one or more of the following groups:

1) Member of the Black community
2) Indigenous peoples
3) People of colour
4) Persons with disabilities
5) Member of the LGBTQ+ community
6) Women

Be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada or legally eligible to work in Canada
Be entering their second or third year of a bachelors program in the upcoming academic year
Be able to participate in and complete a summer internship with CIBC in one of the following business units:

1) Global Corporate Banking
2) Global Investment Banking
3) Global Markets/Sales and Trading

Eligible fields of study
1) All Business programs
2) All Science programs
3) All Engineering programs
4) All Information Technology programs
5) All Mathematics and Statistics programs
