Eligibility criteria
Preference will be given to students who identify as part of one or more of the following groups: Indigenous Peoples, members of the Black community and women
Be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada or legally eligible to work in Canada
Currently a second or third year student
Be able to participate in and complete a summer internship with CIBC in one of the following business units:
1) Commercial Banking
2) CIBC Private Wealth: Private Banking and Wood Gundy
3) CIBC Asset Management
Eligible fields of study
1) All Business programs
2) All Science programs
3) All Engineering programs
4) All Information Technology programs
5) All Mathematics and Statistics programs
Financial assistance
Scholarship will be awarded to up to 5 bachelor degree level students.
Internship begins in May
Available for one year for the amount of $10,000 per student
